环境空气PM2.5监测技术及其可比性研究进展

摘 要:随着我国PM2.5国家标准的颁布,PM2.5的科学监测对了解和评价环境空气质量显得尤为重要。由于PM2.5的组成复杂多变、各种检测技术原理及特点各异,PM2.5的准确监测及其方法的规范化成为环境空气质量管理的基础和关键。该文重点评述PM2.5监测的研究进展及监测技术,介绍β射线法、振荡天平法、光散射法及目前国内外开展不同方法比对研究的最新进展,探讨适合我国国情的PM2.5监测设备及技术,为制定相应的标准方法及规范提供技术支持。

Advance on comparison research of monitoring techniques for PM2.5 in ambient air

Abstract: As the national standard about PM2.5 was put in practice in China, it will be very urgent to monitor PM2.5 scientifically for understanding and assessing the environmental air quality. Owing to the complex and various components of PM2.5, as well as different principle and application characteristic for all kinds of monitoring techniques, the accuracy monitoring of PM2.5 and the monitoring method standardization are investigated at present. The development for monitoring PM2.5 and monitoring technologies was reviewed. Some advanced technologies: beta ray method, oscillation balance method and light scattering method, as well as the comparison of the methods are emphasized. Furthermore, the monitoring equipments and techniques, standard method and criterion suitable to China are discussed.

基于独立分量分析的高速微铣削力混合信号
噪声分离方法

摘 要:为得到高速微铣削力的真实信号,并且准确识别各激励源,对微铣削力混合信号分离和识别技术进行研究。首先对铣削力混合信号矩阵进行预处理,利用对预处理结果的独立成分分析(ICA)分离得到独立源信号矩阵,再通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)得到独立源信号的频谱,最后分析并结合实验工况识别出微铣削力信号、机械噪声信号和环境噪声信号。实验结果表明:该方法具有同时分离非高斯性的机械噪声信号和高斯性的环境噪声信号的优点,可以弥补传统方法只能抑制高斯噪声信号的不足。

Milling force mixed-signal denoising based on independent component
analysis in high speed micro-milling

Abstract: In order to obtain the real milling force signal in high speed micro-milling process, and accurately identify every exciting source, the mixed-signal separation and identification technology of micro-milling force is studied. Firstly, the preprocessing of milling force mixed-signal matrix is finished, and the independent component analysis (ICA) is used to separate the result of preprocessing to get the matrix of independent sources signals. And then, the fast fourier transform (FFT) is used to get the spectrum of independent sources signals. At last, taking experimental operating conditions into consideration, the micro-milling force signal, machining noise signal and environmental noise signal are analyzed and identified. The experiment results show that this method can separate Gaussian environmental noise signal and non-Gaussian machining noise signal simultaneously. And ICA could make up for the shortcomings of traditional methods which can only inhibit Gaussian noise signals.

一种新的相位编码信号多普勒补偿算法研究

摘 要:相位编码信号是一种多普勒频率敏感信号,而且码长越大,对多普勒频率越敏感,严重影响了雷达对高径向速度目标和远距离目标探测的能力。该文在分析伪码序列与多普勒容限关系的基础上,提出一种新的伪码调相准连续波雷达的多普勒补偿算法。该算法将回波信号取平方后送到动目标检测(MTD)滤波器中,通过提取回波信号中的多普勒频率信息,进行多普勒补偿。从仿真结果可以看出,该算法能够有效地降低多普勒频率对脉冲压缩结果的影响,验证了方法的可行性。

Research on new phase-coded signal Doppler compensation algorithm

Abstract: Phase-coded signal is a Doppler frequency sensitive signal and the signal with longer code length is more sensitive to Doppler frequency, which seriously affects the detection capacity of radar on targets with high radial velocity and remote targets. This paper puts forward a new Doppler compensation algorithm of pseudo-random code phase modulation quasi continuous wave (CW) signal radar based on the analysis of the relation between PN code and Doppler tolerance. The algorithm squares the echo signal and then sends it to MTD filter, and conducts Doppler compensation by extracting Doppler frequency information in the echo signal. The simulation results indicate the algorithm may effectively reduce the impact of Doppler frequency on pulse compression result, so the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.

无超调不限阶数的M型次多容惯性标准传递函数

摘 要:提出一种通用的多容惯性标准传递函数,具有无超调和不限系统阶数的特点。论证所提出的多容惯性标准传递函数的型次为M,分析多容惯性标准传递函数系统的阶跃响应和斜坡响应特性,并讨论应用多容惯性标准传递函数设计控制器的方法问题。

M-type multiple capacity process transfer function standard form with none

Abstract: A general multiple capacity process transfer function standard form with none overshoot and none order limit characteristics was built up. The M-type of the system defined by the capacity process transfer function standard form was proofed. The step response and ramp response performance of the multiple capacity process transfer function standard form were analyzed. The design method of the controller with the multiple capacity process transfer function standard form was discussed.

基于偏好信息的实数型不确定交通安全测度研究

摘 要:由于交通安全问题的复杂性和交通安全测度者认识的不确定性,在实数型不确定交通安全测度过程中可能会给出不同形式的偏好信息。针对互反判断矩阵、模糊互补判断矩阵、残缺互补判断矩阵和混合判断矩阵4种测度对象偏好信息,分别采用特征向量法、最小方差法、残缺互补判断矩阵的线性方程组法和混合判断矩阵的线性目标规划法计算出相应的排序向量,然后采用WAA算子合成出每个交通安全测度对象的综合测度值,并排序。算例研究证明该方法的有效性和易操作性。

Research on real uncertain traffic safety measurement based on preference information

Abstract: Due to the complexity of traffic safety and the uncertainty of traffic measurement, the different forms of preference information may be given in real uncertain traffic safety measure process. According to four kinds measuring object preference information of reciprocal judgment matrix, fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, incomplete complementary judgment matrix and hybrid judgment matrix, eigenvector method, least square method, incomplete matrix method and hybrid matrix linear goal programming method are used to calculate the corresponding sorting vector, then the integrated values of each traffic safety measure object are synthesized with WAA operator and sorted. The result of case study shows that the method is effective and easy to operate.

医用硬性内窥镜光学性能质控检测技术研究

摘 要:为客观、定量地评价医用硬性内窥镜的光学性能,根据国内外相关检测检验标准,设计由高清CMOS图像传感器、精密机械装置、测试标靶组成的检测装备,编写Matlab程序对采集到的标靶图像进行自动分析和处理,实现基于机器视觉的检测医用硬性内窥镜角度、分辨率、几何畸变、色彩还原能力、光效、照明等光学参数的设备、方法和技术。对德国蛇牌PE 610 A型腹腔镜的测试结果表明:与厂家标称值和国家食品药品监督管理局测试结果符合良好,误差小于4%,其误差主要来源于图像传感器的无照电流。

Research on quality control technology of optical properties
for medical rigid endoscopes

Abstract: To evaluate the optical quality of medical rigid endoscope objectively and quantitatively, the authors designed the equipment consisting of HD CMOS image sensor, precision machinery, and test targets according to all the important and related inspection standards, and write Matlab program to make it analyze and process images automatically. Based on machine vision, the research realizes the instrument,method and technology to evaluate parameters of angle, resolution, distortion, color restoration ability, brightness uniformity, illumination of medical rigid endoscopy. The test results of a laparoscope of the snake brand PE 610 A are well matched with the nominal value of manufacturer and those of SFDA, the errors are less than 4% and mainly come from the dark current of COMS image sensor.

车用缠绕气瓶声发射检测初步研究

摘 要:针对车用缠绕气瓶的缠绕层材料复杂、不能直接有效地进行检测等问题,对其中的玻璃纤维缠绕层气瓶进行声发射分析、研究,找出合适的传感器布置方案和定位方式。通过大量研究,在声发射信号众多参数中发现费利西蒂比是评价缠绕气瓶的重要参数,它能反映气瓶损伤以及爆破强度,在随后对气瓶破坏试验过程中验证了研究结论的正确性。

Preliminary study on acoustic emission test of gas cylinders for vehicles

Abstract: For the complex of its layer material, the winding cylinders can\'t be detected effectively and directly. Through the analysis and research on glass fiber winding layer of the cylinder by acoustic emission, the appropriate sensor layout programs and positioning were found out. Extensive research found out that the Felicity can reflect the cylinder’s damage and burst strength and it is an important parameter in the numerous parameters of acoustic emission signals. In the subsequent destruction test for cylinders, the experimental results verify the correctness of the research conclusions.

高纯有机试剂中金属杂质OSIS-ICP-MS测试方法

摘 要:建立有机进样系统-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(OSIS-ICP-MS)直接测试高纯有机试剂中金属杂质。高纯有机试剂直接由有机进样系统(OSIS)导入质谱仪进行分析,可有效避免样品处理可能带来的污染和误差。与传统方法比较,该文所建立的方法准确、快速、灵敏、环保,并兼顾成本,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Determination of metal impurities in high-purity organic reagents by OSIS-ICP-MS

Abstract: An OSIS-ICP-MS method was established to directly and rapidly determine metal impurities in high-purity organic reagents. Organic reagents can be introduced into ICP-MS system directly without any treatment, and potential contaminations and errors coming from sample treatment can be avoided as possible as it may accordingly. Comparison with routing method proved that the developed method could be addressed as accurate, environmental friendly, rapid, sensitive and inexpensive method, and be worth of widely application.

液相色谱串联质谱法测定烟草中的游离氨基酸

摘 要:建立液相色谱串联质谱法测定烟草中20种游离氨基酸的方法。烟草样品经0.1%的盐酸溶液超声萃取并离心后,直接进样测定。色谱柱采用XTerra MS C18(50mm×2.1 mm×2.5 μm),0.1%甲酸溶液和乙腈为流动相。结果表明:20种氨基酸的检出限为0.001~0.011 μg/mL,标准曲线的拟合度均大于0.999,回收率在86.4%~105.9%之间。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,适用于烟草中游离氨基酸的检测。

Determination of free amino acids in tobacco by liquid chromatography
tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract: A method for determining of 20 free amino acids in tobacco was developed with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Tobacco samples were extracted with 0.1% hydrochloric acid solution by ultrasonic. After centrifugal separation treatment, they were injected into the instrument and determined divectly. The LC separation was carried on a reversed-phase XTerra MS C18(50 mm×2.1 mm×2.5 μm), 0.1% formic acid solution and acetonitrile were taken as mobile phase. The results showed that the limits of detection of 20 amino acids were in the range of 0.001-0.011 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficients were above 0.999 in all cases, and the the recovery were in the range of 86.4%-105.9%. This method is simple operation, high sensitivity, and suitable for determining the free amino acid in tobacco.

三聚氰胺饰面人造板中16种邻苯酯类的提取及检测

摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定三聚氰胺饰面人造板中16种邻苯酯类增塑剂。分别采用二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、正己烷为索式提取溶剂,选择提取时间5,6,7,8 h,对提取溶剂的种类和时间进行优化。结果表明:用三氯甲烷提取7 h为最佳条件。该方法线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998,检出限在5.45~23.95 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在88.2%~105.4%之间,相对标准偏差在2.1%~5.4%之间。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,能满足三聚氰胺饰面材料中PAEs的检测需求。

Extraction and determination of 16 phthalate esters in melamine resin
surfaced wood-base panels

Abstract: Phthalates from melamine resin surfaced wood-base panels was determined with gas chromatographic separation and mass spectrometric detection(GC-MS) method. Extracted phthalates 5,6,7,8 hours by soxhlet extraction method with methylene dichloride, chloroform and normal hexane as the solvent respectively. Results show that PAEs can be effectively extracted with chloroform for 7 hours. The correlation coefficients of 16 PAEs were over 0.998, and detection limits from 5.45 mg/kg to 23.95 mg/kg, The recoveries ranged from 88.2% to 105.4%, and the relative standard deviation ranged from 2.1% to 5.4%. The developed analytical method is rapid and accurate, and suitable for the determination of PAEs in melamine resin surfaced wood-base panels.

气相色谱-质谱法测定卷烟接装纸中的己二酸酯

摘 要:建立气相色谱-质谱法测定卷烟接装纸中己二酸酯的方法,采用超声辅助异丙醇萃取,DB-5MS色谱柱分离,选择离子检测,内标法定量。己二酸酯在0.05~2.00 μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率为78.84%~112.62%,RSD<9%,检出限为0.005 1~0.021 1 mg/kg。证明该方法快速、简便易行,可作为测定卷烟接装纸中己二酸酯的方法。

Determination of adipates in cigarette tipping paper by gas
chromatography-mass spectrometry

Abstract: A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for determining the adipates in cigarette tipping paper. It extracted sample with syndication-assisted method and ethyl acetate, took DB-5MS capillary column as the analytical column, and adopted SIM mode detection and internal standard method for quantitative analysis. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.05-2.00 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were above 0.999. The relative standard deviations were below 9%. Overall recoveries were 78.84%-112.62%. The detection limit of the method was 0.005 1-0.021 1 mg/kg. The method was fast and simple for determining adipates in cigarette tipping paper.

胶束增敏荧光光度法测定兔血样中阿霉素

摘 要:基于阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对蒽环类抗生素阿霉素的荧光强度有增敏作用,通过考察CTAB浓度、缓冲液pH及浓度、有机溶剂等对阿霉素荧光强度的影响,建立胶束增敏荧光光度法测定阿霉素的新方法。在体系为17 mmol/L的硼酸缓冲液(pH 6.0)且含60%(v/v)乙醇、1.9 mmol/L CTAB的条件下,阿霉素在0.5~120 ng/mL浓度范围内荧光强度呈良好的线性(r=0.999 2),检出限(3σ)为0.161 ng/mL。该方法用于测定兔血样中阿霉素时,回收率在93.7%~105.6%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。结果表明该方法具有较好的准确度与灵敏度,可用于临床监测。

Micelle-enhanced spectrofluorimetric determination of doxorubicin in rabbit serum

Abstract: Doxorubicin is a kind of anthracycline antibiotics and the fluorescence of it can get enhanced in the presence of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) in ethanol-borate buffer solution. A new fluorescent spectrophotometry based on this principle has been developed to determine doxorubicin in rabbit serum. Method development included study of the effects of buffer pH, buffer concentration, organic solvent and CTAB concentration on the fluorescence intensity of DOX. The optimum conditions were pH 6.0 17 mmol/L borate buffer, 60% v/v ethanol and 1.9 mmol/L CTAB. The fluorescence intensity was linearly related to the concentration of doxorubicin in the range of 0.5 to 120 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 2 under the optimum conditions. The detection limit(3σ) is 0.161 ng/mL. The proposed method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of doxorubicin in rabbit serum. The recovery was within the range of 93.7%-105.6% (RSD<1.5%). The results showed that this method had grcat accuracy and sensitivity, which is widely applied in chinical test.

中江丹参植株中Pb含量和茎叶中Pb的形态分析

摘 要:为了解Pb在丹参植株中的含量分布和在茎叶中的存在形态,采用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定来自于中江县丹参种植基地的6个丹参植株和对应土壤样品中的Pb含量,对茎和叶中Pb的初级和次级形态进行分析。结果表明:Pb在根、茎、叶和土壤中的含量分别为0.28±0.05、4.30±0.54、6.22±0.52和16.95±3.14(mg/kg),Pb在丹参植株中表现出从上至下含量依次减少的分布规律,植株对Pb有很强的转移能力,其转移系数达到14~26。茎和叶中Pb的沸水浸出率分别为40.2%和47.9%,浸出Pb中60%以上为可透过0.45 μm滤膜的可溶态,可溶态中约80%的铅以无机态形式存在。

Determination of lead concentration and speciation in Danshen plant from
Zhongjiang county

Abstract: In order to know the content distribution of lead in Danshen plant and the speciation of it, the amount of lead in the 6 samples of Danshen plant and their cultivated soil samples from the Danshen planting base in Zhongjiang county (in Sichuan, China) were determined with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The primary and secondary speciation of lead element in Danshen’s stems and leaves were analyzed. Results show that the amount of lead decreases down the Danshen plant body, where the lead concentrations in roots, stems, leaves and soil are 0.28±0.05, 4.30±0.54, 6.22±0.52 and 16.95±3.14(mg/kg) respectively. The plant possesses strong lead-transferring ability, where the transferring factor reaches 14-26. In boiling water, the leaching rates of lead in stems and leaves are 40.2% and 47.9% respectively. 60% of the lead leached out is in dissolved state that can pass through 0.45 μm filter membrane, and 80% of the dissolved lead exists in inorganic form.

柱前衍生-高效液相色谱荧光法测定人血浆中
乙酰半胱氨酸及其生物等效性研究

摘 要:建立一种快速、准确测定人血浆中乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetylcysteine,NAC)含量的柱前衍生-高效液相色谱荧光法,并使用该方法对NAC不同剂型间的人体生物等效性进行研究。以NAC与N-(1-芘)马来酰亚胺(N-(1-Pyrenyl)maleimide,NPM)进行衍生化反应后进样测定;采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5 μm×150 mm×4.6 mm)分离,流动相组成为:乙腈-10 mmol·L-1 NaH2PO4(含TMA 10 mmol·L-1,H3PO4调pH至3.4)为50∶50。采用上述方法测定人血浆中NAC浓度,计算药物动力学参数并进行生物等效性评价。NAC 0.1~6.58 μg·mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好线性,血浆中NAC定量下线为0.1 μg·mL-1,方法回收率在85.3%~103.3%之间,日内、日间RSD均小于15%。该方法准确、快速、灵敏,可用于NAC的治疗药物监测、人体内药代动力学及生物等效性研究,两种制剂生物等效。

Determination of N-acetylcysteine in human plasma by precolumn derivatization
and HPLC-FLD method and study on its bioequivalence

Abstract: To establish an HPLC and fluorescent detection method with N-(1-Pyrenyl) maleimide (NPM) as a pre-column derivatization reagent to determine N-acetylcysteine (NAC) in human plasma and study on its bioequivalence in Chinese healthy volunteers. The analytes were separated on a Diamonsil C18 column (5 μm×150 mm×4.6 mm) using 10 mmol·L-1 NaH2PO4 aqueous solution including 10 mmol·L-1 TMA and acetonitrile (50∶50) as a mobile phase at a flow rate The plasma concentration was determined by the method mentioned above. As a result the calibration curve was found to be linear over a range of 0.1-6.58 μg·mL-1, and the limit of the quantitation was 0.1 μg·mL-1. The recovery of the method ranged from 85.3%-103.3%. The coefficients of variation for inter-day and intra-day precisions were both<15%. As an accurate, rapid and sensitive method, this assay has been successfully applied in the therapeutic drug monitoring, and the study of pharmacokinetic and bioavailability of NAC. The test preparation and the reference preparation are bioequivalence.

UPLC同时测定决明子中橙黄决明素、大黄素、
大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量

摘 要:建立UPLC同时测定决明子中橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚含量的方法,采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm×1.7 μm),乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速为0.6 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果表明橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在3.002~30.02 μg/mL、2.500~25.00 μg/mL、10.430~104.30 μg/mL和5.916~59.16 μg/mL的浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),回收率均大于95%,RSD均小于2%。该方法快速,准确,重现性好,可用于测定决明子中橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。

Simultaneous determination of aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin, chrysophanol and
physcione in Semen Cassiae with UPLC

Abstract: A method was established for simultaneously determining aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin, chrysophanol and physcione in Semen Cassiae by UPLC. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm×1.7 μm). Mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. Flow rate was 0.6 mL/min and detection wavelength was 284 nm. The results showed that there were good linear relationships (r=0.999 9) when the concentration of aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin, chrysophanol and physcione were in the range of (3.002-30.02)μg/mL, (2.500-25.00)μg/mL, (10.430-104.30)μg/mL, and(5.916-59.16)μg/mL respectively, the recovery rates were more than 95%, and the RSD were less than 2%. This method was simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible, and it can be used for determining the concentration of aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin, chrysophanol and physcione in Semen Cassiae.

摘 要:矿物粉尘是大气颗粒物的重要组成部分,与呼吸系统和心血管系统空气污染疾病密切相关。纳米颗粒物由于微尺度效应、高比表面积和复杂的化学构成具有与常规物质不同的活性。通过研究超细大气颗粒物的表面电性、表面基团、矿物-生物化学作用、体外生物溶解界面反应及自由基等方面的运动与沉降颗粒物的有机-无机体系的界面反应机理及其生物活性的现状与方向,进而指出应从微观体系界面反应的模拟和实验等角度重点揭示其化学-生物活性和毒性,以多学科联合方式对天然超细矿物颗粒物的生物活性进行深入研究。

Abstract: Mineral dusts are important components of atmospheric particles, which are closely related to the diseases of respiratory system and cardiovascular system. Because of the micro scale effect, high specific surface area and complex chemical composition, nano particles have different activity with conventional materials. By analyzing the surface electrical property of PM groups, surface groups, mineral-biochemistry action, in vitro biological dissolution reaction on interface, and researches about free radicals, the interface reaction mechanism of organic-inorganic system of particulate, the authors suggested that the chemical-biological activity and toxicity of PM should be revealed from simulation and experiments of micro-system interface reaction in the future. And multidisciplinary should be integrated in further to study the biologic activity of natural ultrafine mineral particles.

超声法纳米颗粒悬浮液粒径测量中温度影响的实验研究

摘 要:针对医药、化工领域高浓度纳米悬浮液颗粒粒径超声检测中温度影响,采用超声衰减谱法(UAS)对体积浓度30%的纳米铟锡金属氧化物(ITO)水性悬浮液在循环流速800 r/min,温度298~358 K时颗粒粒径分布进行实验。结果表明:温度升高,超声幅值A减小,超声衰减系数增大,颗粒中位径D50增大,颗粒系分布曲线整体朝大颗粒方向偏移,但是分布宽度保持稳定的趋势。同时,将室温(298 K)测量结果与CPS离心沉降颗粒测量仪对比,结果较吻合。通过线性回归的方法修正温度对测量结果的影响,超声衰减法能够应用于358 K的高温下高浓度纳米颗粒检测。

Experimental study of temperature effect on particle size distribution in highly
concentrated nano-particle suspensions using ultrasonic spectra

Abstract: For studying the temperature effect on measurement of particle size distribution (PSD) of nano-particles in concentrated suspensions in pharmaceutical and chemical industry. By applying ultrasonic attenuation spectra(UAS) technique, the effects of temperature from 298 to 358 K on particle sizing in a 30% v/v aqueous suspension of nanometer Indium Tin oxide (ITO) under 800 r/min circulation flow rate have been experimentally investigated. The results show that as the temperature increases, the attenuation coefficient increases although the ultrasonic amplitude reduces. At the same time, the inversed particle size (D50) becomes bigger and the PSD curve moves towards the direction of larger particles with increasing temperature, while the distribution width remains stable. Furthermore, the UAS method presents the measured PSD according with centrifugal sedimentation particle size analyzer’s measurement at room temperature (298 K). Through a linear regression to calibrate the temperature effect on the particle size results, the UAS can be expanded to the highly concentrated nano-particle at a temperature up to 358K.

制备与发光性能

摘 要:采用高温固相法在还原气氛下合成橙红色荧光粉(Sr1-xBax)3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+,并用X射线衍射仪和荧光分光光度计对合成的样品进行表征。结果表明:合成样品的晶体结构与Sr3SiO5相同,(Sr1-xBax)3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+的荧光光谱为宽带谱,激发峰发射主峰分别位于365 nm和592~609 nm。随着Eu2+和Ba2+掺杂浓度的不同,样品的热稳定性和发射峰也发生了相应的变化。最终,并对其机理进行简单讨论。

The preparation and luminescence properties of orange red phosphor(Sr1-xBax)3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+

Abstract: Orange red emitting phosphor(Sr1-xBax)3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+ was synthesized via high temperature solid-state reaction under a reducing atmosphere and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the synthesized phosphor has the same crystal structure type with Sr3SiO5. The photoluminescence excitation and photoluminescence spectra of (Sr1-xBax)3-ySiO5∶y Eu2+ shows a broadband characteristic with a peak located at 592-609 nm and 365 nm, respectively. Thermal stability and luminescent intensity represented corresponding changes with the different concertrations of Eu2+ and Ba2+. Finally, the possible mechanism was discussed.

纳米负载催化剂的透射电子显微镜表征

摘 要:利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)的明场、暗场和扫描透射3种表征技术对纳米负载催化剂Cu-Ag/SiO2的微观形貌、结构进行研究表征,并将所得结果进行对比,讨论这3种技术在表征负载催化剂微观结构方面的优缺点。结果表明:STEM不仅能表征纳米颗粒的粒径分布,还能得到样品的元素分布信息,结果最为直观全面。

Characterization of nano-supported catalyst by transmission electron microscopy

Abstract: In this paper, microstructures of nano-supported catalyst Cu-Ag/SiO2 were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), including bright field image (BF), dark field (DF) and scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM). The characterization results showed that the STEM method could not only characterize the size distribution of nano-particles, but also receive the element distribution information of the sample. So its result was the best visual and complete.

自动舵电路板故障测试系统研究

摘 要:针对自动舵故障电路板需要返厂测试的问题,设计自动舵电路板便携式故障测试系统。在分析自动舵电路板故障测试需求的基础上,采用专用接口电缆和测试软件而复用数据采集系统的方法,仅用少数硬件就实现了多块电路板的测试;基于神经网络方法设计自动测试软件,能够定位电路板常见故障;采用Measurement Studio和Visual Studio联合编程的方法,设计了辅助信息丰富的故障诊断程序界面。实践表明:该系统具有成本低、体积小、功能强的特点,可在船上直接对电路板进行故障测试。

Research on fault test for circuit boards of auto rudders

Abstract: The fault test for the circuit board of auto rudders is usually made by the manufacturer factory. That costs too much. A new fault test system was developed to solve the problem. The authors use few data acquisition system hardware for all circuit boards, but special interface cables and special test software were designed for each kinds of board. Then many different boards can be tested by the same system. Auto test software based on neural network was developed to diagnosis normal faults. The Measurement Studio and Visual Studio were chosen to develop the test software to enrich the software interface. The system was characterized by low cost, small cubage and powerful function. The fault circuit boards can be tested on shipboard directly.

基于SOPC的惯导组件多模式数据采集系统研究

摘 要:为满足惯导组件的多种信号输出测量需求,设计一种基于SOPC的惯导组件多模式测量系统。该系统以FPGA和ISP1581USB为核心,既能对两个惯导组件输出的24路脉冲信号每5 ms进行一次无缝计数,也能对4个惯导组件输出的4路串口数据每10 ms进行一次采集。USB总线把采集的数据上传到PC机,进行实时地处理、保存和显示,以此来满足测量的要求。与传统测量设备相比,该设计具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,提高了测量效率,降低了成本。

Design of multimode inertial component data acquisition system based on SOPC

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements for measuring a variety of signal output of inertial navigation components, a multimode inertial component data measuring system was designed on the basis of SOPC. The system takes FPGA and ISP1581 USB as the core, which is not only used to count the 24 ports pulse data of inertial components outputs every 5 ms, but also able to collect the 4 ports serial data of inertial components outputs every 10 ms. Data were transmitted to PC through USB, and processed, saved and displayed in real-time, so that the system can fulfill the testing requirements. Compared with the traditional measuring equipments, this system has higher reliability and stability, which greatly promotes measurement efficiency and saves cost.

基于ZigBee的高速动车组车内温湿度监测系统设计

摘 要:为实现高速动车组运行时车内温湿度的实时监测,提出一种基于ZigBee无线网络的温湿度监测系统,介绍监测系统的设计思想和实现过程。系统以51单片机C8051F021和射频收发芯片MC13193为核心,采用数字式温湿度传感器SHT21来设计传感器节点实现高速动车组车内温湿度数据的采集,并使用LabVIEW软件编写监控界面,实现整个监测系统的温湿度数据显示、查询和存储。实验证明:基于ZigBee的高速动车组车内温湿度监测系统可以很好地满足监测系统中采样点布置的灵活性,更好地符合高速动车组车内温湿度监测的需求。

Design of ZigBee-based humiture monitoring system for high-speed EMUs

Abstract: In order to monitor humiture in real-time in the high-speed EMUs, the authors put forward a humiture monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network. The design idea of the monitoring system and realization process were introduced in this article. The monitoring system takes C8051F021 and RF transceiver chip MC13193 as the core, uses the humiture sensor SHT21 as sensor node to collect the data of humiture in a high-speed EMUs and programmes the monitoring interface with LabVIEW software, orderly realizes those functions of display, inquiring and storage of humiture data. Experimental results indicate the ZigBee-based humiture monitoring system can well meet the requirement of flexible sample point layout, and fit the demand of humiture monitoring for high-speed EMUs very well.

交流电力智能传感器粗信号处理实验平台的软件设计

摘 要:在Keil集成开发环境中设计采用单片机的交流电力智能传感器实验平台的软件系统。该软件包括信号采集、信号预处理、粗信号处理等功能模块,分别完成电力信号的采样与保存,交流电力周期与偏移量的获取,基于定义法、相关分析法、最小二乘法的交流电力难测特征参数幅值与初相位的分析。实验表明,该软件能较好地实现交流电力智能传感器的多种粗信号处理方法,满足实验平台的要求。

Design of coarse signal processing software for AC power smart sensor
experimental platform

Abstract: A kind of software, which is suitable for AC power smart sensor experimental platform, is developed to perform coarse signal processing for AC power smart sensor. It contains signal acquisition, signal preprocessing, coarse signal processing and other function modules. It can perform sampling and storing signal, calculating AC power period and offset, analyzing amplitude and initial phase, which are difficult to work out, with definition method, correlation method and LMS method. Results of experiment show that the software can implement the coarse signal processing methods for AC power smart sensor and meet the needs of the experimental platform.

基于物联网和超声导波的管道检测系统研究

摘 要:针对当前城市管道检测系统实际应用时复杂的人工操作问题和管道工作环境信息的分析预警功能缺失问题,设计开发一套基于物联网和超声导波的城市管道检测系统。该系统将物联网、超声导波检测、信号处理等技术相融合,通过无线网络将数据传到云端数据处理中心并由数据处理中心分析管道检测信息,实现管道缺陷检测、环境信息采集以及预警等功能。实验仿真表明:该系统的缺陷定位精度达到了(能够满足)城市管道检测的要求,在减少人工操作的同时,能有效提供预警功能。

Detection system for urban pipeline based on IOT and UGW

Abstract: To reduce the complexity of manual handling operations of current detection systems for urban pipeline and meet the requirements of pipeline working environmental information analyzing and early warning function, a detection system for urban pipeline based on internet of things (IOT) and ultrasonic guided wave (UGW) was designed and developed. IOT technology, UGW testing and signal processing methods are integrated with this system. To implement the functions such as detection of pipeline, environmental information gathering and early warning, the system transmits data over wireless network to cloud data processing center which analyzes the pipeline detection data. Simulation results show that this system can meet the accuracy requirement of defect location, and reduce manual handling operations with early warning function.

基于PLC的精冲机电气控制系统研究

摘 要:该文针对目前精冲机的电气控制系统操作复杂、系统抗干扰能力差、电气控制系统和液压系统难以协调工作的现状,给出以PLC为核心控制器件的控制方案,详细阐述控制系统的设计过程,PLC、触摸屏的硬件选择及应用注意事项。实际应用表明:利用PLC实现对精冲机的控制,保证了精冲机各种动作协调、可靠地运行,从而提高精冲机的整体性能。

Control system design of fine-blanking machines based on PLC

Abstract: There are several problems for the current electrical control system of the fine blanking machine, i.e., the operation of the system is complicated, the anti-interference ability of the system is poor, and the electrical control system and the hydraulic system are difficult to coordinate working. For solving these problems, this paper presents a control program which uses PLC as the core control device. It also described in detail the design process of the control system, PLC, touch screen hardware selection and application notes. The practical application shows by using PLC to control the fine blanking machine, the system ensures the fine blanking machine a variety of motor coordination, reliable operation, thus it improves the overall performance of fine blanking machine.

机场除冰车底盘部分线束设计研究

摘 要:机场除冰车整车电气性能水平直接影响其燃油经济性能、排放性能、安全及舒适性能的高低,而整车电气性能的优劣取决于汽车线束设计水平。该文从机场除冰车底盘部分线束的实际设计着手,对汽车线束中各要素设计及绘制方法进行研究,减少由设计不合理产生的缺陷,并运用绘图软件将其线束布置更为合理。经实车验证,该设计方法提升了原有机场专用车底盘线束性能,同时为相关专业设计人员提供了可借鉴的方法。

Chassis harness design for airport deicing vehicles

Abstract: The electric performance level of airport deicing vehicle directly affects its fuel economy, emission, and safety and comfort performance level. However, the quality of whole vehicle electric performance depends on vehicle’s harness design level. This given design sets about airport deicing vehicle’s chassis harness, investigates vehicle’s harness elements design and drawing methods, which reduces defects from unreasonable design. Also, it uses graphics software to adjust its harness arrangement more reasonable. The real vehicle tests verified that this design improved the chassis harness performance of original airport vehicles. And this design provides a reference method for relevant professional designers.

摘 要:该文主要研究云计算网络环境下的入侵检测与防御技术,在总结传统入侵检测技术的基础上,对云计算环境中的入侵检测系统进行比较全面的研究,开发以神经网络技术为基础的网络入侵防御系统。对于入侵检测模块,重点对数据捕获、行为规则匹配以及神经网络判别模块进行分析,并通过具体的测试检验其实现结果。

区域环境电磁监测与信号识别系统方案研究

摘 要:针对侦察活动中大量使用类似通信信号的伪信号和进行科学实验时各种信号存在的电磁泄漏问题,为满足电磁环境监测的实际需要,运用LabWindows/CVI设计一种新型的区域环境电磁监测与识别系统。系统通过最新的信号混合域分析方法,对一定范围内的区域进行监测,实现仪器控制、数据采集、系统校准、信号识别、结果处理与保存等功能,具有准确性、易用性、便携性及可扩展性,可以高效科学地完成电磁环境监测工作,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

Design of regional electromagnetic monitoring and signal identification system

Abstract: At present, quantities of similar spurious signals have been found and electromagnetic leakage problems come up, which put forward new challenges to national defense and scientific research information security. So a new type of regional environmental electromagnetic monitoring and signal identification system was designed to meet the practical need of regional electromagnetic monitoring. Using LabWindows/CVI and the newest mixed domain signal analysis method, it realized the functions of instrument control, data acquisition, system calibration, signal identification and result output. The system, with the advantages of well accuracy, usability, portability and extensibility, can efficiently and scientifically monitor electromagnetic signals in environment, and it is practical and has wide application prospect.

微粒捕集器系统数值模拟研究

摘 要:利用模型分析微粒捕集器净化效率、排气阻力和微粒捕集器寿命的变化规律,对微粒捕集器系统进行数值模拟研究。由于微粒捕集器的实际性能受实际道路工况的影响很大,对实测的车辆道路工况试验数据进行整理和统计分析,在此基础上建立整个带微粒捕集器的柴油机排气系统的数学物理模型,并对影响系统寿命的主要参数进行仿真分析,为微粒捕集器与柴油机的匹配和集成奠定一定的基础。

Numerical simulation study on diesel particulate trap

Abstract: This paper focuses on numerical simulation for the particulate trap system. The model was used to analyze the purification efficiency and exhaust resistance of particulate trap and the change rule of its life. For the actual performance of the particle trap was affected by the actual road conditions heavily, the test data of the road conditions for vehicle testing were sorted and statistically analyzed. After that, the model was established for the whole exhaust system of the diesel engine with particulate trap, and the main parameters affecting the system life were simulated and analyzed. The work of this paper laid a certain foundation for matching and integrating th particle trap and diesel engine, which has certain guiding significance.

指挥控制系统智能故障诊断技术研究

摘 要:为有效提高指控装备故障诊断效率,将故障树分析法引入到故障检测专家系统的推理机制中,把指控装备中复杂的诊断分解为多个相对独立的故障树,建立基于故障树的专家系统诊断模型。通过对被测对象信号描述及适配器描述工具和诊断流程输入工具的开发,可快速完成对被测对象的需求信号和故障树的配置。通过仿真表明,该方法诊断效率高,能够快速地定位故障单元,准确率高,具有较高的实用性。

Study on intelligent diagnosing technology for C3I system

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, fault tree is introduced into the expert system. The diagnosing course of C3I system is divided into separate fault trees, and the expert system model is established according to the fault trees. Configuration of signals and fault trees can be quickly finished by building tools for detecting signals, adapter describing and diagnosing course inputting. Simulation results indicate that this method is fast, accurate and efficient.

基于TEAMS的惯性测量组合测试性建模与分析

摘 要:惯性测量组合(IMU)是飞行器控制系统中的核心部件,其结构复杂、精度要求高,是故障率最高的部件之一。基于TEAMS平台建立某惯组系统的多信号模型,并对其测试性进行分析与评估,针对固有测试在故障定位和诊断中存在的不足,提出两种测试点的改进方案。分析结果表明:改进后的IMU测试性得到了显著提高,基于多信号模型的测试性分析与评估方法对增强装备保障能力是有效的。

Testability modeling and analysis of inertial measure unit based on TEAMS

Abstract: Inertial measure unit (IMU) is the kernel component of aerocraft control system, which has complex construction and needs high accuracy. However, IMU also is one of components with the highest fault rate in the system. In this paper, the multi-signal model of inertial measure unit is built based on TEAMS. And the testability of inertial measure unit is analyzed and evaluated. In order to overcome the shortages of inherence testability, two improved schemes are brought forward to increase the testability of IMU. The results of analyses show that the testability of the improved IMU is increased markedly and the analyzing and evaluating method of testability based on multi-signal model is effective to enhance the safeguard ability of the equipment.

一种基于分段幂函数插值法的经验模态
分解方法及其应用研究

摘 要:针对经验模态分解(EMD)方法的分解不完全问题,提出一种改进EMD算法。该算法采用分段幂函数插值法代替原EMD算法中的三次样条插值法,实验表明其分解效果更充分更完全。在此基础上,结合时间序列分析中的AR模型,提出一种基于EMD和AR模型的故障诊断方法,并将其应用到电磁换向阀的故障诊断中。实验结果表明,该方法能够正确有效地实现电磁换向阀的故障诊断。

Novel EMD algorithm based on piecewise power function interpolation
and its application

Abstract: An improved EMD algorithm was proposed in this paper to overcome the deficiency of the empirical mode decomposition(EMD) method. The algorithm uses the piecewise power function interpolation algorithm instead of the cubic spline interpolation in the original EMD algorithm to generate the envelope. Comparative experiments show the advantages of the improved algorithm. Combined with the AR model in time series analysis, the method of fault feature extraction based on EMD and AR model was proposed and adopted to the fault feature extraction of the electromagnetic valves. The experimental results show that the method can correctly and efficiently extract the fault characteristics of the electromagnetic directional valve.
